Jonathan is a senior associate in the commercial property team and joined Square One Law in October 2017.
He has particular expertise acting on behalf of major landlords and has over 10 years’ commercial property experience specifically dealing with the wide range of legal issues associated with running large scale industrial property investment and development portfolios.
Jonathan advises on commercial property sales, land sales and acquisitions, as well as re-financings of high value property portfolios. He also deals with complex leasing arrangements and leveraging increased value out of existing property portfolios.
Jonathan trained with Manchester-based Pearson Hinchcliffe and qualified into its commercial property team before re-locating to the North East in 2006.
