Square One Law continues to expand Commercial Property Team with Senior Associate appointment

Commercial law firm, Square One Law has strengthened its growing Commercial Property team with the appointment of Jonathan Bone as Senior Associate.
Jonathan has more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial property sector and has particular expertise acting on behalf of major landlords.
He also has specific experience dealing with a wide range of legal issues associated with operating large-scale property investment and development portfolios.
He advises on commercial property sales, land sales and acquisitions, in addition to re-financing of high-value property portfolios. He also deals with complex leasing arrangements and leveraging increased value from existing property portfolios.
Jonathan joins former colleague Adrian Hill at Square One Law, who joined the Newcastle-based commercial law firm as joint head of the property team alongside Barney Frith at the end of 2017.
