Vicky Lowrie

Vicky has specialist experience in property litigation undertaking work for a range of clients including commercial landlord and tenants, public sector, national charities and lender clients.  She has extensive knowledge in matters involving landlord and tenant matters, and also advises clients on insolvency matters, professional negligence claims and contractual disputes.

She advises property owners on trespass matters, adverse possession and boundary disputes, covenants and easements, Party Wall etc. Act 1996 matters and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Vicky has assisted clients with their residential property portfolios in matters including rent arrears, possession and enfranchisement as well as defending housing disrepair claims. Vicky also advises clients in relation to insolvency matters, professional negligence claims and contractual disputes.

Vicky has acted in matters in the Business and Property Court, Land Registry division of First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal Lands Chamber. In relation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Vicky has experience of acting in Professional Arbitration on Court Terms (PACT) as an alternative to court proceedings on lease renewals.
