- Netplay TV plc, an online gaming business on the acquisition of Vegas 247 Limited and associated companies to form what is now Netplay TV plc, advising on several acquisitions in the UK, Gibraltar, Cyprus and Spain, raising around £30 million on AIM to fund growth
- on a software licence with Playtech, restructuring the group for tax purposes and to incorporate a company holding an Alderney gaming licence, advising on various production agreements with Virgin Media, ITV and Channel 5, advising on a £35 million court approved share capital reduction and advising in the acquisition of the Vernons gaming business
- Digitalbox Group Limited, a Big Data company in the digital agency arena, on the acquisition of Attinger Jack Interactive Limited and its subsidiaries, including the raising of £4 million from venture capitalists
- Synety Group plc, a telecoms software company, on the reverse takeover of Zenergy Power Group plc and subsequent £2.3 million fund raising on AIM as well as various commercial agreements
