px group acquires Saltend Industrial Park infrastructure business from BP
Helen is a senior associate in the commercial property team and advises clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
She has particular expertise in acting on behalf of commercial landlords and corporate occupiers on the negotiation of agreements for lease, leases and ancillary documentation for retail, office and industrial premises across a range of sectors.
Helen is accomplished in working with commercial landlords’ asset management teams and corporate occupiers with multiple premises to manage their commercial property portfolios.
She regularly acts on behalf of investor and developer clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial sites and the refinancing of their commercial property interests. Helen is also experienced in advising on the commercial property elements of company acquisitions and disposals.
Helen trained at City firm, Pinsent Masons LLP and qualified into their commercial property team, where she worked for another four years, before returning to the North East in 2011.
