Hayley is a solicitor within the corporate team and joined Square One Law as a Paralegal from Bond Dickinson in September 2015 before completing her training contract with the firm in January 2018.
Prior to joining Square One Law, Hayley worked in the in-house contracts team for a commercial publishing house before completing the GDL and LPC at Northumbria University in 2015.
Hayley’s commercial and solution-focussed approach has enabled her to advise on a range of corporate reorganisations, shareholder matters and commercial matters across a range of sectors. She regularly assists with larger transactions involving businesses acquisitions, disposals and assets sale transactions.
As well as advising on corporate and commercial law, Hayley has experience of assisting with commercial litigation disputes, financial services litigation, professional negligence claims, property litigation and debt recovery. She has advised on contractual disputes and small claims for a range of clients. Hayley also has experience of private client matters advising on succession and estate planning for high net worth individuals and families.
