Max qualified as a solicitor in the corporate and commercial team in February 2019 after completing his traineeship with the firm. Previously, Max was a manager in his family’s events company where he maintains a seat on its board.
Max has a range of transactional experience assisting on equity raises, group reorganisations and sales and acquisitions. Max also assisted with a large acquisition of a site interface business having assisted on diligence, negotiation and drafting of banking documents as well as reviewing and advising on contract novations as part of the deal.
Max has also drafted and advised on a range of commercial agreements, including international distribution, manufacturing and franchise agreements as well a number of agreements in the IT sector.
