Seminar series: People power

Square One Law, in partnership with High Force Training and acclaimed motivational speaker Shay McConnon, will be hosting ‘People Power’, an innovative seminar series across the North East focussing on businesses who value ‘softer’ HR practices as they recognise the value they add to their brand.

The People Power series will deliver two sessions on:

Emotional intelligence, effective leadership and healthy HR and,
‘An even better place to work’- satisfaction@work

They will provide an opportunity for attendees to explore how the importance of emotional intelligence, improved leadership and staff satisfaction can be complimented by considered employment law practices to achieve highly effective business models.

These events are an ideal opportunity for senior HR professionals, operations directors and business managers to gain access to award winning speakers and come away with tangible guidance on how to take their business performance to the next level.
