North East advisers Square One Law and UNW advise on sale of National Numbers Limited

Commercial law firm Square One Law and the corporate finance team at Newcastle-based accountants UNW acted for National Numbers Limited on the sale of the business to Jepson & Co Limited. National Numbers, a North East based family business of more than 32 years trading is one of the largest cherished registration companies in the UK.

Jepson & Co is one of the leading, and longest established, manufacturers and suppliers of number plates and number plate printing systems in the UK, Ireland, France and Belgium. The Sheffield-based manufacturer is a fourth generation family business.
