Luke relocated from Manchester to Newcastle in 2018 and joined Square One Law as an associate in the corporate team in July 2019.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2015 at national law firm, TLT before joining boutique commercial firm, Turner Parkinson. He has expertise in advising clients on a broad range of corporate law matters including, mergers and acquisitions, investments, company and group reorganisations, corporate governance and shareholder and joint venture agreements and articles of association.
He has acted for clients in a variety of sectors including: engineering, healthcare, technology, pharmaceutical and energy. Luke has particular expertise in private equity and venture capital having worked on a number of investments during his time in the North West.
