Our challenge going forward is to strategically build on the success we have created to date. We need to continue to develop a highly distinctive law firm which invests time in our clients, business partners and our own team and where our lawyers will take a view rather than sit on the fence.

Shaping closer relationships is vital and continuing to invest time in listening to our clients and understanding their perspective, then sharing that knowledge across our teams will give us a greater understanding and help us deliver the solutions to complex issues in a clear and practical way.

People development is also high on our agenda. We have attracted a great team and will shortly be announcing six more senior recruits. We are creating a culture where people’s strengths are celebrated and developed, not lost in a corporate culture.

Finally, we want to be a firm that invests time into its clients, then acts strategically and delivers on a day to day basis. Not easy to achieve, but we’re having fun working on it!
