  • Landid on the acquisition of Gorsebrook Industrial Park and the subsequent letting of the entire site to Eddie Stobart Logistics Limited and the onward disposal of the site to Metric Property Plc in a deal worth £56.6M
  • Shepherd Offshore Limited on the development and pre-let of a 28,000 sqft manufacturing facility at Neptune Energy Park, Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne to Fraser Hydraulic Power
  • Able UK on the site assembly of 3,000 acre Marine Energy Park on the South bank of the Humber including negotiating a lease of the riverbed with Crown Estate to enable the construction of the new docks and on the Port Clarence Biomass Development which will result in £160m being invested in the site and lead to the creation of 500 jobs
  • a North East based investor client on the £10M sale of Mahatma Gandhi House, Wembley, London for re-development as a hotel
  • JDR Cable Systems Limited on the re-organisation of leases at Hartlepool Dock in multi-million pound investment into its growth

  • Advanced Industrial Solutions Limited on a Development Agreement for Lease, Construction documents, Lease and Licence to Alter of a new unit at Tyne Tunnel Industrial Estate and simultaneous re-gear of 7 existing leases at Tyne Tunnel Industrial Estate
