Hayley is a partner in our commercial litigation team.
She was a paralegal at Leeds firm, Walker Morris before returning to the North East and joining the team at Square One Law in 2013.
She has extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of disputes including financial services litigation, professional negligence claims, property litigation including boundary disputes, lease termination and lease renewal, a wide variety of contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and minority shareholder actions, company and personal insolvency (acting on behalf of both insolvency practitioners and insolvent individuals/companies), disputed debt recovery and enforcement of judgments and injunctive proceedings.
Hayley also has a wealth of experience of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) with a particular emphasis on mediation.
