We’re all mad here. You must be too, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.’

– Mad Hatter (Alice in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll)

On that, perhaps unrelated note, UNW is grinning like a Cheshire Cat as we invite you to our annual Employment Taxes seminar taking place at Tyneside Cinema on 26th April 2017.

‘I’ll begin at the beginning’ where Lee Muter, Employment Taxes Partner at UNW, will discuss any changes to UK employment tax matters, ranging from salary sacrifice and the apprenticeship levy to any potential updates that emerge from the Chancellor’s upcoming Spring Budget.

If you’re getting ‘curiouser and curiouser’ about this event then perhaps Duncan Singer, Business Development Manager at Aviva UK, can entice you in by providing pensions advice.

There also may be some of you out there thinking ‘how puzzling all these changes are! I’m never sure where I’m going to be, from one minute to another!’. With Brexit mostly bluff and bluster at this moment, why don’t you join us to hear Simon Loy, Employment Law Partner at Square One Law discuss matters surrounding employment law and what we should really expect in 2017.

‘It’s always tea time here’ so breakfast and refreshments will be provided. Sign up to our event today, you’d be mad as a hatter to miss it!
