Employment Breakfast Briefing: 28/29 January 2015
The employment team at Square One Law invite you to our winter briefing where we’ll look at:

We are hosting this breakfast briefing in two locations, Newcastle and Peterlee:

As April 5th is fast approaching, Lucy Bailey will discuss the shared parental leave regulations so you can ensure your business is ready for the ‘new arrival’!
JP will review the Acas Early Conciliation Process and take a look at recent statistics. JP will discuss techniques for analysing your risk and valuing potential claims so that you can engage with the process in a focussed, constructive way.
Roisin Patton will provide a comprehensive round up of the recent changes to holiday pay and impart industry knowledge as to how firms are dealing with it in practice.
