How is your business approaching its People Strategy for the future?

The evolving working environment is a highly topical issue and Square One Law is bringing together a team of specialists during a full day conference. The event will offer delegates the unique opportunity to listen to keynote speakers, ask questions to expert panels and participate in breakout workshop sessions.

We are delighted that Matthew Taylor, Chair of the Review of Modern Employment and responsible for the widely debated report “Good Work: The Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices” is speaking as one of our keynote speakers. Emily Cox MBE, Group Head of Colleague Relations at Lloyds Banking Group will also share some of her recent experiences at both Virgin Money and Lloyds with us.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

With rapid advances in technology and AI, changing social attitudes, agile working becoming more prevalent, concerns over skills shortages, heightened awareness of and a willingness to meaningfully address diversity and inclusion – as well as a widening generational divide, the world of work is changing at a pace like never before.

We are delighted to have a variety of senior leaders from North East businesses participating in the conference over the course of the day.
