Square One Law attracts property lawyer back to the North East

To strengthen the levels of advice and service that the firm provides, the property team has recently recruited specialist conveyancing lawyer, Sharon Pannu.

Sharon’s experience covers a full range of property matters with particular emphasis on high end residential transactions including; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties. She will also be supporting the property team on commercial transactions.

Sharon said: “I grew up and studied in the North East and completed my Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Northumbria University. I have recently moved back to the region from Bedfordshire where I qualified and worked over the last few years.
